Role: This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in the final stages of production ensuring every job leaves the production facility finished to the highest standard. You’ll work with cutting-edge equipment like Konica Minolta, Xerox etc. Contributing to a wide variety of projects including brochures, promotional products, display products etc.
Responsibilities:
- Operate small format printing equipment efficiently and safely
- Maintain high-quality print standards and attention to detail
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Assist with finishing processes (cutting, laminating, folding etc.)
- Learn and support large format printing operations as training progresses
- Ensure workspace is clean and organized
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating small format printers (Konica Minolta, Xerox)
- Experience operating guillotines, laminating etc
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to learn and grow into large format printing
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
