Role:
- Operate and maintain digital printing presses (HP Digital or Screen Ink Jet)
- Ensure accurate colour reproduction and high-quality output across all jobs
- Manage workflow effectively to meet tight production deadlines
- Follow established procedures and processes independently
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations
- Complete all necessary quality controls checks
- Adhere to all production procedures
- Keep to the required health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy digital print production environment
- Experience within digital print - ideally running a HP or InkJet
- Experience within the labels/ print/ packaging industry
- Strong eye for colour and detail, with a flexible approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent job management and organisational skills
- Good standard of education and competent computer literacy
- Able to follow procedures and processes independently
