Location: Hybrid (2 days London Liverpool Street office, 3 days remote)
Salary: £40,000
Job purpose: You will own the delivery, performance, and ongoing development of Prosperwell’s Local Visibility & AI Discovery product. Working closely with Account Managers, you will ensure organic activity complements and strengthens paid strategy, improving visibility earlier in the decision journey and contributing to better enquiry quality and overall efficiency. You’ll take long-term ownership of how the service performs in the real world – generating meaningful results for clients, while continuously improving its impact as client needs, platforms, and behaviour change. This role suits someone who is inquisitive, innovative, and results-driven – comfortable building on top of a structured framework and have a genuine passion for search.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Deliver organic visibility that supports enquiries, occupancy, and overall efficiency.
- You are accountable for improving organic visibility in ways that contribute meaningfully to enquiries, occupancy, and the efficiency of paid spend.
- Own and evolve delivery of the Local Visibility & AI Discovery product.
- You take responsibility for both the quality of day-to-day delivery and the continuous improvement of the product through real-world insight.
- Integrate organic strategy with paid and account management.
- You work closely with Account Managers and paid teams to ensure a joined-up search approach.
- Make organic performance understandable and credible.
- You translate organic activity into insight that clients and internal teams can act on.
- Stay current and raise the bar.
- You actively stay on top of how search, platforms, and user behaviour are changing, and reflect that learning in delivery.

Core Competencies: You will have:
- Hands-on experience delivering Local SEO for real clients, including multi-location or service-based organisations.
- A solid understanding of the key drivers of local visibility (maps, non-brand discovery, on-page localisation, reviews, entities).
- Demonstrated interest in, or practical exposure to, LLM search and AI-driven discovery.
- Confidence interpreting performance data and turning it into actionable insight.
- Experience working alongside paid media or CRO teams, with an understanding of how organic and paid strategies interact.
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team, or taking ownership of delivery through others.
