We work closely with customers to help them improve operational efficiency, strengthen IT performance and deliver long-term business value.

Our success has been built on long-standing customer relationships, technical expertise and a consultative approach to helping customers solve real business challenges. As we continue to grow, we are investing in building a high-performing sales organisation focused on customer success, proactive engagement and new business growth.

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE), supporting our sales organisation and helping generate opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised and proactive, with the confidence to engage prospective customers and help create meaningful sales conversations. Whilst previous SaaS or technical sales experience would be advantageous, we are more interested in finding the right person fit, someone with energy, drive, curiosity and a strong work ethic who wants to build a successful career in sales. This is primarily an office-based role in Worthing, working closely with the wider sales team.

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound activity
  • Support strategic account penetration plans alongside the sales team
  • Create initial engagement opportunities for the wider account management team
  • Re-engage prospects generated through campaigns, events, webinars and digital activity

CRM Accuracy & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date and detailed records within the CRM system
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and reporting accuracy
  • Ensure consistent pipeline hygiene and record keeping

Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and wider internal teams. Be highly accurate with CRM updates and administration. Show a willingness to learn technical and solution-based sales approaches. Confidence speaking to prospective customers and building rapport. Previous experience in a business development, sales or customer-facing role. Experience of SaaS, IT or technical sales environments. CRM system experience.

Success Measures / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • The BDE role will contribute to sales success through measurable activity and pipeline generation, including:
  • Meetings and introductions created for the sales team
  • CRM accuracy and data quality
  • Pipeline contribution and support to the account management team

Success will be measured not only on activity, but also on professionalism, consistency, quality and contribution to the wider team.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation, supportive culture and ambitious growth plans. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals, gain exposure to technology and consultative sales cycles, and play a key role in helping drive business growth.
