We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE), supporting our sales organisation and helping generate opportunities for growth.

The Role

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play an important role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales function. This role is focused on:

  • Lead generation and outbound prospecting
  • Following up marketing campaigns and inbound activity
  • Supporting proactive outreach programmes for our sales team
  • Helping generate pipeline opportunities for 1 Enterprise Account Manager and 5 Account Managers
  • Maintaining high standards of CRM accuracy and sales administration

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised and proactive, with the confidence to engage prospective customers and help create meaningful sales conversations. Whilst previous SaaS or technical sales experience would be advantageous, we are more interested in finding the right person fit, someone with energy, drive, curiosity and a strong work ethic who wants to build a successful career in sales. This is primarily an office-based role in Worthing, working closely with the wider sales team.
