Teaching Assistant
Location: Milnrow
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am β 3:30pm
Pay: Β£103.95-Β£110 per day

Your Role as a Year 5 Teaching Assistant
- Provide support across core subjects within the Year 5 classroom
- Work 1:1 with pupils who require additional help
- Assist in adapting activities to suit different learning needs and abilities
- Encourage positive participation, focus and confidence in lessons
- Support the class teacher with learning resources, planning and daily routines
- Contribute to a calm, safe and inclusive school environment

- Experience supporting children or young people (school, tutoring, youth work, childcare, coaching all welcome)
- A proactive, patient and supportive approach
- Ability to build strong positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
