Job Description
\\nThis position is open to all qualified candidates with a passion for education and student support. Prior classroom experience is preferred but not required. \\nContract/ Position Details: \\n· Location-Waltham Forest, East London.
\\n· Position- KS1 Teaching Assistant. \\n· Type of work- supporting teaching, Assess student work, lesson plans/Activities. \\n· Contract or position start date- Febuary 2026 \\n· Duration/Likely Duration- 1 term contract may be extended \\n· Contract or position end date (if applicable)- end of term 1.
\\n· Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) – Temporary \\n· Full time/part time – Full time \\n· Minimum pay rate- depending on pay scale. \\n· Hours – 8:00 am – 4pm: Mon – Fri (term time only) \\n\\nExperience, Training and Qualifications: \\n· Minimum 1 year experience teaching KS1 or KS2 preferred but not required. \\n· Up to date safeguarding training issued in the past year.
\\n· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. \\n \\nTo be eligible for this role through Prospero: YOU MUST! \\n· Have a valid right to work in the UK.
