Year 3 Teacher

Our client school, a well-regarded primary school in Bexley, is looking for an experienced Year 3 Teacher to join their dynamic team in February 2025. Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and interventions where necessary.

Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the school.

Maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring open and effective communication regarding students’ progress.

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Have at least 1 year of teaching experience in a UK primary school, ideally within Year 3 or a similar age group.

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and be able to implement it effectively to support all learners.

Be a confident, passionate, and engaging teacher who can inspire and motivate young learners.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, structured learning environment.

A team player who works well with colleagues, staff, and parents to ensure the success of every pupil.

An understanding of the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
