No prior experience is required full training is provided. However, any experience working with children or young people (including in schools) will be highly beneficial.
Your Role Will Include:
- Working 5 days per week, term‑time only
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs
- Working across EYFS, Key Stage 1 & 2
About the Successful Graduate / Teaching Assistant:
- No experience required full training provided
- Holds a recent degree (ideally 2:2 or above)
- Passionate about education with a proactive, can-do attitude
- A positive role model for young people
- Innovative, engaging and adaptable in their approach to learning
