Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and welcoming nursery in Weston-super-Mare for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. The Role
- Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
- Location: Weston-super-Mare
- Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, full-time
- Pay: £13.00 per hour
- Contract: Temporary to Permanent
- Interview Dates: Week commencing 29th June 2026
Responsibilities
- Supporting the learning, development, and care of children in the nursery setting
- Delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong understanding of EYFS (preferred)
- Paediatric First Aid (desirable - training can be provided)
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply (support provided)
