Prospero Teaching are looking for passionate Maths Tutors to provide 1:1 support to learners across Anglesey!
The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Maths Tutors to work with children and young people who require additional support with their education. You'll deliver personalised sessions based around each learner's individual needs, helping them develop their Maths skills, close learning gaps and build confidence. This opportunity would suit an experienced Maths teacher, tutor or education professional who enjoys working on a 1:1 basis.

- Position: Maths Tutor
- Hours: 5-15 hours per week
- Start Date: September 2026
- Duration: Ongoing
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
- Strong Maths subject knowledge
- Experience teaching or tutoring Maths
- GCSE Maths or Functional Skills experience desirable
- Previous 1:1 tutoring experience is advantageous
- QTS, PGCE or equivalent desirable
- Patient, adaptable and engaging approach
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child-related references
