Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with SEN
- Assist the class teacher in delivering personalised learning plans
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and confidence-building
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals
- Monitor and record student progress, feeding back to teachers and SENCO
About You
- Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or informal)
- A patient, caring, and resilient approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- A passion for supporting children of all abilities
- Teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
- (Desirable) Qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3, Team Teach, or other SEN training
