Teaching Assistant with ELSA – Full-Time

Location: Secondary School, Southampton
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, ongoing

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant with ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) experience to join a welcoming secondary school in Southampton. This full-time role is to start immediately and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ emotional wellbeing and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted emotional literacy support to students, both one-to-one and in small groups.
  • Assist in the classroom across a range of subjects, supporting learning and behaviour.
