About the Role

We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our supply bank in Leeds. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible working arrangements while supporting a variety of schools across the local area. As a member of our supply bank, you will be available to work on a day-to-day or short-term basis, covering staff absences and supporting pupils in classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide classroom support under the direction of the class teacher
  • Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning
  • Assist with classroom organisation and general learning activities
  • Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusion and progress

Person Specification

  • Flexible, reliable, and able to respond to short-notice requests
  • Passionate about supporting childrens education and wellbeing
  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Experienced in working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
  • Hold a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable, but not essential)
  • Hold a valid Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one)
