Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting class teachers with lesson delivery and student engagement.
· Assisting with small group work or one-to-one support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
· Helping with classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
· Supervising children during break times, lunch, and other school activities.

Experience, Training and Qualifications:
· Previous experience working with children, either in a school setting or similar role.
· A passion for education and supporting young people.
· Relevant qualifications (, Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable but not essential..
· Safeguarding: Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative. If you haven’t completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months, Prospero Teaching can provide you with a free course.

To be eligible for any job with Prospero Teaching, you must:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK.
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.
· Provide two professional child-related references that cover at least the last two years.
