Prospero Teaching is proud to be supporting a nurturing and inclusive Primary school in Wiltshire, in the recruitment of a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged pupils from Year 1-6.
The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils\β learning, progress, and wellbeing. You will assist with delivering learning activities and help create a positive and focused classroom environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting individual pupils and small groups within the classroom
Assisting teachers with planning and delivering learning activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupils\β social development
Helping to maintain a safe, calm, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Building positive relationships with pupils to support their confidence and engagement
Contract Details:
Location: Wiltshire (near Salisbury)
Position: Teaching Assistant β Primary School
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent or long-term supply (with potential for permanent placement)
Working Hours: 8:30am β 3.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
