What We're Looking For:

• Holds a relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).
• Has experience teaching Art and Design at A-Level, with a strong understanding of curriculum requirements in Graphics.
• Has a proven ability to inspire students and deliver high-quality teaching that leads to excellent outcomes.
• Demonstrates confidence and experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite as a core part of classroom delivery.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a genuine commitment to inclusive, student-centred learning.
• Brings a growth mindset, creativity, and the ability to adapt to meet diverse learning needs.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons in Graphics that stretch and challenge students.
• Support student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and academic guidance.
• Foster a nurturing, purposeful, and professional learning environment where students thrive.
• Contribute to departmental planning, enrichment activities, and curriculum development.
• Participate in ongoing CPD and collaborate with a passionate team committed to continuous improvement.
