Teaching Assistant – West Birmingham
Prospero Teaching is recruiting a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant for a fantastic school in Birmingham. Join a supportive team and make a real impact on students academic and social development.
Location: West Birmingham
Position: Teaching Assistant
Start: ASAP
Type: Full-time
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri, Term Time)
Pay: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with lesson delivery and student engagement.
· Support small group or one-to-one work, especially with SEN students.
· Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
· Supervise children during break times and lunch.

Requirements:
· Previous experience working with children (school or similar setting).
· Passion for supporting young learners.
· Relevant qualifications (, Level 2/3 TA) preferred but not essential.
· Up-to-date Safeguarding training (Prospero can provide this).
