This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is committed to supporting pupils with additional needs, behavioural difficulties and complex learning requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons while creating a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment. You may be supporting pupils with needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour, so the ability to adapt teaching and build strong, trusting relationships is essential.
