Special Needs Primary Teacher (PMLD & Autism)

Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Primary Teacher to work in a supportive SEN setting in the SN25 area.

This rewarding role involves working primarily with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and Autistic pupils, supporting their learning, development, and personal care needs within a nurturing primary environment.

The Role:

• Teaching and supporting primary-aged pupils with complex needs
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Working closely with support staff, therapists, and SEN professionals
• Creating a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with PMLD and/or Autism (school or SEN setting experience preferred)
• Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
• Passion for inclusive education and making a real difference

What We Offer:

• Minimum daily rate of 168.29, with Main Pay Scale available
