Prospero Teaching is seeking an Early Years Phase Leader for an Ofsted Outstanding Primary school in Sutton, South London.

You will lead the EYFS team, oversee planning, assessment and staff development to ensure high standards across the EYFS.

The role is full-time, long-term with a September 2026 start and a July 2027 end date, with potential extension.

QTS is required and at least three years UK teaching/leadership experience, including SEN/EAL and safeguarding training.
