Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or Fully qualified Teacher looking for some flexibility?

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a passionate and motivated Teachers for a flexible teaching roles in a forward-thinking primary schools based in Salford . This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to complete their induction in a nurturing environment with a strong leadership team and experienced mentors.

The Role:

  • Full class teacher responsibilities
  • Year group placement based on your strengths and school need (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
  • Work alongside a supportive parallel teacher or year group team
  • Opportunity to complete your induction with ongoing support from senior leaders
  • Deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of all pupils
  • The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained or pending
  • A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through Prospero)
  • A positive, proactive, and reflective approach to teaching
  • Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
  • A genuine passion for education and pupil development
  • Own transport preferred due to location and flexibility
  • To Be Considered, You Must:

  • Be registered with Prospero Teaching (or be willing to register)
  • Be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, term time only
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
