Prospero Teaching are seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming primary school in Bury St Edmunds starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a supportive environment, with access to mentorship and professional development.

They are looking for a passionate teacher with strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.

  • Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Experience, Training and Qualifications:

  • PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Recent experience in a UK primary school (placements accepted for ECTs)
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child-related references
