Prospero Teaching are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work at a Primary School near Sudbury starting from January 2026. The successful candidate will be supporting children across all primary age groups.

  • Position - Teaching Assistant

  • Contract type - Long-Term
  • Full time/part time - Full time
  • Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £90 per day
  • Hours - 8:30am- 3:30pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous TA experience
  • GCSE English and Maths grade 'C'

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
