The role involves delivering engaging, tailored learning programmes that are adapted to each learner's individual needs. Tutors will support students who may be out of mainstream education, experiencing gaps in learning or requiring additional support to re-engage with their education.

Alongside academic tuition, tutors may also support learners with developing confidence, independence, communication skills and preparing for their future pathways.

Due to the nature of the learners we support, applicants must have experience working with SEND students and a strong understanding of how to adapt teaching methods to meet a range of additional needs.
