About the School:
Prospero Teaching are currently working with a large SEN provision in Stockport. The school supports pupils aged between 4-19, with complex needs.
As a Graduate TA, you will:
- Build strong relationships with pupils, supporting both emotional and academic development
- Maintain regular communication with staff, parents and external agencies to monitor progress
- Assist the class teacher in developing and preparing engaging resources
What we are looking for:
- A recent qualification in Psychology, preferably BSc or MSc
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people
- Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
To be eligible you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
