As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning in the classroom. You will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, help manage behaviour positively, and contribute to a well-organised and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support across the curriculum.
- Deliver interventions in literacy and numeracy where required.
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Assist with planning, preparation of resources, and classroom displays.
- Promote positive behaviour and follow school policies.
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
