We are seeking a QTS SEN Tutor to join our team in St Helens. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and those working below expected academic levels. Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one GCSE Maths and English tuition tailored to individual SEN learning needs.
- Help students develop subject knowledge, independent study skills, and exam confidence.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring Maths or English.
- Experience working with SEN learners in a one-to-one or small group setting.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
Desirable Qualifications:
- PGCE in Secondary Education.
- Experience supporting students with Autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs.
