Sports Coach Teaching Assistant – Start Your Career in Education

Role Overview

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis, both in and out of the classroom
  • Assisting teachers with classroom activities, PE sessions, and behaviour management
  • Encouraging positive behaviour, teamwork, and engagement through physical activity
  • Supporting pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and active learning environment

What We\’re Looking For

  • A background in sports coaching, PE, or a related subject
  • Experience working with children or young people (coaching, mentoring, camps, clubs, or schools)
  • A genuine interest in education and child development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energy, resilience, and a proactive attitude
