Sports Coach Teaching Assistant – Start Your Career in Education

Role Overview
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis, both in and out of the classroom
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities, PE sessions, and behaviour management
- Encouraging positive behaviour, teamwork, and engagement through physical activity
- Supporting pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and active learning environment
What We\’re Looking For
- A background in sports coaching, PE, or a related subject
- Experience working with children or young people (coaching, mentoring, camps, clubs, or schools)
- A genuine interest in education and child development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energy, resilience, and a proactive attitude
