About the Position
We are recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term temporary role starting in September at a school in the BL9 area. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and is looking for a stable role across the academic year.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Assisting with learning activities tailored to individual needs
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills
- Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to follow support plans
- Providing consistent support in and out of the classroom
