The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
- Support children with autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour and complex needs
- Assist with academic, emotional and behavioural development
- Deliver interventions and support classroom-based activities
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
- Promote an inclusive, nurturing and positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEND
- Experience supporting autism and/or complex needs is desirable
- Patient, resilient and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of safeguarding
- Relevant TA, LSA or education experience is desirable
