Working closely with students who may display challenging behaviours or require additional emotional support, you will play a key role in helping them engage positively with learning, develop coping strategies, and achieve their individual goals. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis. Building positive and professional relationships with pupils. Promoting emotional regulation, resilience and self-esteem. Managing challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies. Working collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams.
