Inspire Young Minds as a Primary School Teacher. We are looking for three enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teachers to join our welcoming and forward‑thinking school community on a supply basis. This is an exciting opportunity for educators who are passionate about shaping young minds and creating a classroom where curiosity, confidence, and achievement thrive.
As a Primary Teacher, you'll play a vital role in nurturing pupils academically, socially, and emotionally—delivering creative lessons that spark imagination and build a lifelong love of learning.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Your work will make a real impact on pupils’ progress and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons that meet a range of learning needs
- Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that encourages participation and curiosity
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress through observations, assessments, and feedback
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, pupils, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to share best practice and enhance outcomes
- Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a calm, focused learning environment
- Take part in professional development to stay up to date with educational approaches
What We're Looking For
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS - required)
- Previous primary teaching experience is welcomed, but not essential
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable teaching style
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- Ability to tailor lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities
