Inspire Young Minds as a Primary School Teacher. We are looking for three enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teachers to join our welcoming and forward‑thinking school community on a supply basis. This is an exciting opportunity for educators who are passionate about shaping young minds and creating a classroom where curiosity, confidence, and achievement thrive.

As a Primary Teacher, you'll play a vital role in nurturing pupils academically, socially, and emotionally—delivering creative lessons that spark imagination and build a lifelong love of learning.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Your work will make a real impact on pupils’ progress and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons that meet a range of learning needs
  • Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that encourages participation and curiosity
  • Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress through observations, assessments, and feedback
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, pupils, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to share best practice and enhance outcomes
  • Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a calm, focused learning environment
  • Take part in professional development to stay up to date with educational approaches

What We're Looking For

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS - required)
  • Previous primary teaching experience is welcomed, but not essential
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable teaching style
  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
  • Ability to tailor lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities
