Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting a dedicated SEN Support Worker to work in a Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a rewarding full-time role, supporting students with a range of complex needs and helping them to access education in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Supporting students aged 11-16 with a range of SEN, including learning difficulties, autism, and additional needs
- Providing personal care support where required (full training and guidance provided)
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assisting with classroom activities and supporting learning outcomes
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN staff
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or care setting)
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the child workforce
