Prospero Teaching is partnering with a vibrant SEN school to appoint an experienced SENDCo who will lead the school's SEN provision, develop policy, and ensure high standards of inclusive practice. The role involves coordinating assessments, EHCP/IEP processes, line-managing support staff, training teams, and reporting progress to Governors and Ofsted.
The successful candidate will hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (or commit to it within the first academic year) and demonstrate.
