Special Needs Teaching Assistant for a SEND school in CR0. You\'ll work closely with students who have a range of additional needs, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and achievement.

- Supporting students with SEND in and out of class
- Working 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping create an inclusive, positive learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff
