The Role:

Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small-group basis

Working with children with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

Supporting pupils\’ emotional, social, and academic development

Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience working with SEND pupils (essential)

A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

The ability to adapt support to meet individual pupil needs

A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
