About the Role
- Teach a broad and balanced curriculum within our nurturing pathway for pupils in Key Stages 2-4
- Use trauma-informed and relational approaches to build trust and engagement
- Focus on developing pupils\’ emotional well-being, social skills, and readiness to learn
- Work in partnership with colleagues, families, and professionals to support each child\’s unique journey
- Contribute to the creation of a warm, inclusive learning environment where every young person feels valued
What We\’re Looking For
- A qualified teacher with knowledge of the KS2-4 curriculum
- Experience of working with pupils with SEMH and additional needs
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching and behaviour support
- Creativity and flexibility to design learning that truly engages pupils
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
To Be Eligible You Must
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK
- Have QTS (or equivalent) and be able to evidence your qualifications
- Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
- Provide two professional child-related references
- Be confident communicating with pupils, families, and colleagues in accurate spoken English
