Prospero Teaching is seeking a SENDCo for a dynamic SEN school in the UK.

The role leads SEND provision, crafting policy, identifying needs and coordinating EHCPs to drive inclusive practice.

You will line-manage a team of teaching assistants, deliver training, engage with parents, and work with external specialists to raise outcomes.
