We are seeking a passionate SENCo to lead, shape, and drive inclusive SEND provision across our warm and ambitious primary/secondary school. Non-class-based leadership focused on strategic development.Lead the provision for pupils with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans), SEN support, and vulnerable learners. Line manage SEND teaching assistants and pastoral support staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the SEND policy, graduated response, and school-wide inclusive practice.Statutory Compliance: Manage EHCP annual reviews, LA statutory assessments, and SEN register tracking.Collaboration: Partner closely with parents/carers, class teachers, and external agencies (Educational Psychologists, Speech & Language, CAMHS).Quality Assurance: Monitor interventions, evaluate pupil progress data, and report to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Governors.
