Requirements:

  • Experience supporting students with SEN, including learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, dyslexia, ADHD, or other additional needs
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of differentiated learning strategies and teaching approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and families
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
