Prospero Teaching is seeking passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of SEN schools and Alternative Provisions across Bournemouth and the surrounding areas from September 2026. These settings offer a highly rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with additional needs, behavioural challenges, or barriers to learning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing personalised SEN support to children with a range of needs
- Assisting with creative, therapeutic and inclusive activities

- Supporting daily routines, emotional regulation and independence
