SEN Teaching Assistant – Chelmsford
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive Special Education Needs School located in Chelmsford, Essex.

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with a range of special educational needs. Your role will be vital in helping students access the curriculum, develop social skills, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting students with a variety of SEN including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
· Assisting with classroom activities and learning plans
· Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
· Working one-to-one or in small groups
· Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents
