Job description

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant. Our client is a mainstream Secondary school rated based within Cannock with easy transport links and free on-site parking.

The successful candidate will:
ยท Work 1:1 with children who have SEN such as ADD, ADHD, or other learning difficulties
ยท Create fun and creative learning resources while developing childrens understanding
ยท Use phonics to aid speech and language development
ยท Work with class teachers in lessons in order to support those with SEN in mainstream schooling

Experience, Training and Qualifications
Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.

To be eligible for any job with Prospero Teaching, you must
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two relevant professional references.
