We are currently recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to join the team at a school supporting children aged 5-19 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled and resilient professionals who are passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives. Successful candidates who integrate well into the team may be considered for a permanent position.

About the Role:

  • Support students with SEMH needs in both group and 1:1 settings
  • Implement personalised behaviour strategies

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience working with children or young people - ideally in SEMH or similar settings

  • Resilience in challenging environments; calm under pressure
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
