Prospero Teaching are looking for an SEN Teacher to work in an Alternative Provision (SEMH) setting in Ipswich, Suffolk, starting after Easter.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

  • Location - Ipswich, Suffolk
  • Position - SEN Teacher
  • Contract or position start date - After Easter
  • Full time/part time - Full time
  • Minimum rate of pay - Minimum 150 per day (dependent on experience)
  • Hours - 8:00 am - 16:00 pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with SEN, particularly SEMH needs
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • GCSE English and Maths grade 'C' or equivalent

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child-related references
