We are seeking a passionate and committed SEN Science Teacher to join an Alternative Provision in Redbridge from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with diverse and complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.

- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/carers.
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Science in SEN or Alternative Provision settings.
- Strong classroom management and ability to build positive relationships with learners.
- Empathy, resilience, and commitment to inclusive education.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
