We are seeking a passionate and committed SEN Science Teacher to join an Alternative Provision in Redbridge from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with diverse and complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of learners with SEN and SEMH.

  • Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/carers.
  • Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Science in SEN or Alternative Provision settings.
  • Strong classroom management and ability to build positive relationships with learners.
  • Empathy, resilience, and commitment to inclusive education.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
