SEN Learning Support Assistants (x4) – Basingstoke – Immediate Start

We are seeking four committed and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist educational setting in Basingstoke . These roles are available for an immediate start and are offered on a long-term basis , with a minimum commitment of 3 months .

You will be supporting students with a range of complex needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) , Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) , and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) . This is a highly rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development and wellbeing of young learners in a nurturing environment.

Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (minimum 3 months)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with MLD, SLD, and PMLD
  • Assist with classroom activities and learning plans
  • Support students with personal care and mobility needs where required
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Ideal Candidates Will Have:
