Prospero Teaching are currently looking for caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) in the Bordon, Hampshire area.
This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is passionate about Special Educational Needs and committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning in a supportive and nurturing environment.

We are looking for LSAs who:
· Show kindness, patience, and empathy
· Enjoy building positive and trusting relationships
· Can adapt to a range of individual needs and learning styles
· Take pride in recognising and celebrating student progress
· Have an interest in supporting students with complex needs or PMLD
· Previous experience in SEN, care, or education is desirable but not essential.

Contract details:
· Location: Bordon, Hampshire
· Position: SEN Learning Support Assistant
· Start date: ASAP
· Contract type: Temp to Perm
· Duration: Ongoing
· Hours: Full time (part time considered)
· Pay rate: GBP14.66 – GBP15.66 per hour

Eligibility:
· GCSE pass (Grade C / Grade 4 or above) in English and Maths
· Calm and nurturing approach to behaviour and emotional needs
· Friendly, reliable, and professional manner
· Strong attendance and work ethic
