Prospero Teaching are supporting Specialist SEMH schools in Preston with a confident SEMH Teaching Assistant to start in September. The role involves 1:1 mentoring, small-group interventions and classroom support for pupils with SEMH, ADHD, autism and trauma-related behaviours.
You will work with teachers and pastoral staff to help pupils regulate emotions, build resilience and re-engage with learning, becoming a positive role model who fosters confidence and independence.
